Bought a car recently from RPM and the service was excellent, both in person and on the car. They went over everything and sorted things that I was concerned about, like the cam belt, Andy sorted it for me with no extra charges. Had a slight problem with my car after sale and he came and looked at it within an hour (I’m Seaton based) and fixed it within a couple hours. I had blown a fuse with a faulty car charger but I was unaware at the time. He was very, very helpful! Highly recommend!

Have been a customer for over a decade and have tried other garages for repairs (own several vehicles) but always come back to RPM. No job is too small, awkward bulb, low fluid levels, MOT, service, tyres etc… and no job too big, engine problems, clutch, exhaust systems, complex electrical diagnostics. They are also excellent at sourcing hard to find parts and are very transparent with their pricing and communication. They have a number of skilled mechanics on their books so you can rest assured all makes and models are catered for, a particular nod to Roy for his excellent knowledge of Saab, Alfa and Volvo engines and systems. Have never found them expensive and you certainly get what you pay for: professional service and worry free repairs. Just wish they had a loyalty card!

This garage are amazing! I live in kent and they totally saved my bacon when I broke down whilst on holiday in Seaton. Even provided my with a car to get home until mine was repaired and ready for me to drive back down and collect! They went over and beyond and I am eternally grateful. Contact throughout was great

I cannot thank Andy and all his team for the help they gave my daughter Ruth when her car broke down back in September. They worked endlessly to solve the problem with her Ford SMax. It started out as something simple but there were so many problems. After many hours and lots of stress to them they repaired my daughters car. She lives in Kent and they gave her a courtesy car for the whole time they were working on her car and once repaired they returned it to her in Kent. They kept her informed the whole time on the progress of the repairs. They were faultless on the customer service and l cannot thank them enough. I would recommend them to everyone.
